Never had so much fun getting a root canal. Quite impressed with on time appointment, the process went exactly as was explained and Dr. Reese impressed Debbie, his assistant, with hitting the canal the first try. She gavie him a "Wow". It was hard to laugh with fingers and cotton in your mouth. I was quite impressed with the "operation", let's just say I was "Wowd".

Dr. Reese is the best dentist and worst shot in town. I always enjoy going there because the women in his office just can't keep their hands off me. I guess it's by boyish good looks or else it's because I pay my bill on time. Sometimes I blush when they tell me dirty jokes....but it's all in fun. In the 12+ years I have been coming to see Dr Reese, I have never, ever had a bad experience, and I have had some major work done including crowns, root canals and the most recent, a dental implant. My experience with Reese Family Dentistry was amazing. I have seen such a professional group and at the same time very friendly. I had a root canal yesterday. I had images of such a nightmare during and after it was over. I didn't even have to take a pain pill. I could tell by the conversation to me and between the doctor and his assistant that they were extremely meticulous. It really mattered to him that it was PERFECTLY done. How caring and knowledgeable they are. I just can't say enough good things about this dentist and his group.

Had a molar removed. The surface anesthetic worked well- I barely felt the shots to numb the area. Dr. Reese and staff were wonderful. They made sure I knew what to expect and how to care for the area. Although not a "pleasant" experience, it was much less painful than I expected.

Dr. Crawford's assistants are wonderful! I have avoided dental work of any kind for years because of a previous experience that left me petrified of anything remotely related to a dental office. Recently, I had tooth pain that I could not ignore and Dr. Reese was recommended by a student of mine. Hmmmmmm, Where shall I begin? Oh yes, the complimentary drinks as you walk in the front door served by hotties in bunny outfits to deaden any pain later. I always stop for at least ten double scotches with a buddy of mine named Ralph. Next stop is the reception desk where all the girls fawn over me which brings all the other girls out from their duties to hear my latest jokes. Actually, this is the finest dentist in the state in my opinion and he has the ability of giving a novicane shot so you don't feel it. An added plus after ten shots of scotch.

Everything went smoothly as always. I was there for an extraction. I experienced no problems in the office, or after I got home. Dr. Reese wrote a prescription for pain medication and I did take one of the pills. As it turned out, I didn't need any more after that. There was no problem with bleeding. I hate the dentist and have had a lot of awful experiences, so I was really worried when I found out I needed a root canal, while spending the summer in Mountain Home. Dr Reese and his staff were amazing. They addressed all my fears and were so nice through the whole thing. The best part... it hurt less than fillings at my previous dentist. I'm going to schedule all my dental work around visits to my family now! No other dentists for me! Dr Reese treats me like a person and cares about me. Not just the best in Baxter County, the best in the state and possibly the country. What makes it so great? It is the only dental chair I have been in that massages your back while a drill, or shot, is happening in your mouth. Somehow your brain can feel no pain when that happens. Worst part to the whole experience....trying to laugh during a conversation with Dr. Reese and his assistant while,yep, he has that drill in your mouth. Had to have two teeth pulled, which proved to be pretty tough. Dr. Reese and his assistant were reassuring and very supportive throughout the procedure. He understood my concerns with pain meds and worked out a very adequate solution. I should have had alot of pain, but instead it's been controlled with a very minimal dose of meds. The staff is also great to work with. In addition they accept Care credit, an option for payments, and that was absolutely necessary for me. I would highly recommend this practice.

Both my mother and I had our smiles redone by Dr. Reese. He replaced all of my old fillings with composite (white) fillings and he put caps on my mom's front teeth. I have a friend from Kansas and a friend from Mississippi who are so impressed with his job that they would almost take the time to travel to have him as their dentist. He did amazing! Lost two fillings. Choice was root canal and crown or remove tooth and install a bridge. I choice the bridge. Absolute lowest pain I have ever had at any dentist visit. Prepped two teeth, removed on tooth, installed temp bridge. All this was done in about two hours yesterday and as of now I have not needed any pain meds.

Not only was the numbing not felt but the actual procedure was faster and none of the previously described sounds heard. The staff was helpful in explanations and provided music by ear phones to block any work sounds. Post-work instructions were thorough and assisted tremendously in helping with clotting factors. I have had some unfortunate experiences with a few different dentists and have brushed my teeth like a banshee since for fear of having to go back. A few years ago I had to see a dentist near my home. I was scared to death and come to find out it was with good reason. It was like a scene out of Little Shop of Horrors. Once again I brushed and flossed like my very life depended on it. But, cursed with a family of women with weak teeth, it wasn't enough. The pain came and and increased to the point of me crying and literally banging my head on a wall. Just those few seconds of vibrations eased the pain and a possible concussion was well worth it. After days of pain and nights of no sleep I submitted to a recommendation from my sister in law, Dr. Reese in Mountain Home, an hour from where I live. Scared out of mind and with pain now down my neck and into my eye, I went to the appointments. I left each time in disbelief that this guy was a dentist. He listened to what I was saying, was very concerned of my comfort level and had a very kind caring bedside manner. His nurses were great, also very friendly and supportive. I never in a million, no make that trillion years ever would have believed I could ever say I like a dentist, but folks, I love this guy. He has a patient for life.

Terri, is great! She is great at what she does! I've had trouble with my gums bleeding during my checkups, so I asked last time what would help to make my gums stop bleeding. It was recommended that a waterpik would be helpful. I went straight out and bought one. So at this checkup instead of having 17 areas that bled I had.......1! I love the comfortable feeling of all the staff and office!

This is the best place to come if you are nervous, terrified had Dentists and staff who really didn't care just wanted to get you in and done. Reese Family Dentistry is not like that, they CARE and are very understanding and compassionate about how you feel, They want you to feel at ease. They explain everything in detail what they are doing and if you are in pain or need a break let them know. I witnessed two different patients during my appointment today who were absolutly terrified and I was so impressed with the staff and Dr, Reese they are exactly that "FAMILY". I lost one of my crowns while eating dinner on Tuesday evening, managed to get in contact with my terrific hygienist, Terri, and was assured I could get an appointment the following day. I called your office at 8 to see if I could get in to have Dr. Reece check the crown I had lost the previous night. I was told to come in at 9:30. I arrived early and was taken in even before 9:30. Susan took an X-ray and checked my tooth before Dr. Reese came in to replace my crown. Did not take time to explain options before scheduling and doing procedures. Staff does not explain procedure. Did not explain cost before procedure. I thought it would be around $700 and it was double that. Front desk did work with me since cost was so high and I didn't know. The procedure was done in a timely fashion. No waiting around for anything. The biggest thing is communication between staff and customers. Most people are nervous and scared to come to the dentist and explanations of procedures and options would help the customer relax a little bit.

I am spoiled by the staff at Reese Family Dentistry. From the minute you walk in and are greeted by the receptionist, until the the time Dr. Reese bids you farewell and you check out with the ladies at the check out desk, every single person there has one thing that is most important....You and your dental health. It feels like your part of a family and your treated as such. If there is one think I was disappointed in, it was that I really wanted one of those chairs that vibrate your lumbar area while I had my teeth clean. I know they are over in the "work area", but we really need them in the dental hygeine area as well. Oh well, I'll be back in 6 months, maybe they will have one for me then.

I had heard a lot of good things about Mr. Reese and his staff and I had been wanting to find a new dentist I hadn't seen one since I retired I had been with the same dentist for 33 years He was a good dentist but his receptionist cost him a lot of patients so I was really impressed with all his staff especially the receptionist .I had won a free gift certificate for an exam and xrays and that would have been expensive after the exam Dr. Reese came in and explained everything that needed to be done and the girls were very good to explain everything they did I am looking forward to getting my dental work done now they know I don't have insurance and they didn't seem to have a problem with it I went home and told my sister and my son and my friends they should go see him I think he is going to be as good as I heard he was

The dental procedure I had done was a difficult one, for Dr. Reese, his assistant, Debra, and for me. But they made it as comfortable as possible, and after 2 hours of work I was able to leave the building still numbed, but able to go out and eat lunch. How great is that? I adore these folks!

Even though I received the bad news that I need a root canal, my dental cleaning went well. My only issue was getting my prescription filled at Wal-Mart. When I went to pick up the prescription, I was informed it had not been called in. I contacted the Dr. Reese's office and was informed it had been called in. I spoke with the pharmacist, and he called the office and confirmed that it had been called in. It ended up being a four-hour ordeal before my prescription was ready, and after waiting in line three different times, I was able to pick up my prescription about 4:30.

I was nervous about having the root canal done. I had used the same dentist for 20 years, before moving to Mountain Home, giving my trust to another dentist (when I have 'dentist fears) was not easy. But, after 6 months of standard visits, (cleaning, fillings & even an extraction, prior to the root canal, two days ago). Dr. Reese and the ladies eased my mind, and made the experience a pleasant one. (Any sign of my discomfort and Dr. Reese took immediate action to set me at ease). The new temporary 'bridge' looks ten times better than the old permanent one, I have worn for years, that had to be removed for the root canal to be completed. I am excited to get the new, permanent, bridge placed & having a Dentist with a friendly staff, to work with for years to come!
