I had my 6 month cleaning and check-up.....Chelsea is great! very friendly and easy to talk to.......when I don't have an instrument in my mouth! LOL Suggestion: Some dentist offices in the area offer free or discounted teeth whitening to their long-time customers........do you think this could ever be a possibility? I think this would be a great incentive to keep existing customers and also to acquire new ones.

Wonderful, polite, and kind staff! Whether it's the receptionist, hygienist, or Dr. Reese himself, making sure that the patient is comfortable, happy, and walks out of their appointment feeling leagues better than upon arrival, is an collective effort and art that they have mastered. My dental hygienist was wonderful. Her name is Terri and she was so friendly, personable, and professional, as well. Shew as very careful of my personal situation, like having to clean my teeth by hand, rather than using the machine and dealing with my huge tori when taking X-Rays. She made conversation but not too much - just right. I couldn't have had a better experience. I hope that I get her next time.

I hate the dentist and have had a lot of awful experiences, so I was really worried when I found out I needed a root canal, while spending the summer in Mountain Home. Dr Reese and his staff were amazing. They addressed all my fears and were so nice through the whole thing. The best part... it hurt less than fillings at my previous dentist. I'm going to schedule all my dental work around visits to my family now! No other dentists for me! Dr Reese treats me like a person and cares about me. When I say I have a pain, he doesn't brush it off. He takes care of me. His staff is wonderful and caring. I appreciate that they actually listen and want to help me.

Everything went smoothly as always. I was there for an extraction. I experienced no problems in the office, or after I got home. Dr. Reese wrote a prescription for pain medication and I did take one of the pills. As it turned out, I didn't need any more after that. There was no problem with bleeding. The extraction area clotted up exactly the way it was supposed to.

My recent visit was for my first root canal, and needles to say, I was scared. The visit was unlike any other dentist visits I have been to. From the very start I was treated like someone who really mattered by the entire staff, and the hardest thing about my root canal was keeping my mouth open, I didn't feel any discomfort and afterwards I had no complications nor pain, My sincere "Thank you" to the entire experience and professional staff.
